By accessing or using the services provided by Vedanta Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Vedanta Solution provides IT services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, software solutions, IT consulting, and technical support services.
All services are delivered as per the mutually agreed scope, timeline, and specifications discussed with the client prior to project initiation.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing and billing structure. Invoices raised by Vedanta Solution must be cleared within the specified due date.
Payments made for services are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Refund requests, if applicable, must be raised within the defined refund period.
No refunds will be provided once the project work has commenced or resources have been allocated.
All intellectual property, including code, designs, documentation, and deliverables, shall remain the property of Vedanta Solution until full payment is received.
Upon complete payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
Vedanta Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination does not absolve the client of payment obligations for work already completed.
Vedanta Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
